Documentation proving such claims must be presented, and the return of the item in question, before a refund can be processed.
 
Lay-A-Way Policy
A down payment of 30% of the total price to place your item on hold, with 90 days from your first payment  to pay the remaining sum.
 Items purchased on layaway are refundable up too 60% of the total cost. Any other item on Lay-A-Way must be paid in full before you may put another item on Lay-A-Way or purchase another item.
