Original 1840-1850s dated side knife and sheath imported from England. This Knife was made by Benjamin James Eyre & Co. of Sheffield, England, sometime between the 1840s and 1850s. Believed to have originally been part of a cutlery set then repurposed as a side knife. A very nice and interesting piece for any collection.
