This piece was originally purchased from Dave LaSlavic of Arizona Swords and is a fine example of a Confederate Artillery Short Sword made by Louis Froelich at the CSA Arms Factory in Kenansville, NC. These swords are some of the rarest and most sought after pieces of the civil war and make great display pieces. This example is its original blade, d-shaped guard, and handle that has been restored.
