Original 1850’s Corsan, Denton, Burdekin & Co. Bowie Knife. Corsan, Denton, Burdekin & Co. was a British firm from 1850 to 1863. The blade measures 7 3/4” long by 1 1/4” wide with a 4 1/4” handle and a overall length of 12”. This knife is ornamented in German silver and the maker mark is all but gone, some of the letters can still be made out, which is how we were able to identify this piece.
