Store Policies

 We try our best to ensure the authenticity  them 100% with our customer satisfaction guarantee. Which means we guarantee the authenticity of all our items and will gladly purchase them back from you if proven to be false. The Kenansville Armory holds the right to cancel or terminate any sale at any time without reason. The Kenansville Armory holds the right to deny the sale of any item to anyone without reason. All items are listed at their sale price and do not include any taxes, fees, Shipping and handling, or any other fees that maybe necessary. All items are shipped within 7-10 business days, beginning on the next business day after payment was received, unless otherwise noted. Refunds requested before the item/items are shipped, will be processed and returned at the end of the 10th business day from the day payment was originally received, no exceptions.  No item will be shipped until the full amount due is paid or to anyone with an outstanding balance. 

Reasons we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • My buddy is an expert, or the guy on Facebook, said it was fake 

  • Items purchased on Lay-A-Away

  • Items On-Sale/Discounted 30% or more than the original listing pricing, (but will offer Store credit)

  • Items returned not in their original condition 

  • Items damaged at fault of the purchaser 

  • Items purchased at an In-Person Show

  • Items sold on Consignment

Lay-A-Away Policy

We do our best to try and help everyone in acquiring items for their collection no matter their budget or price range. We accomplish this by offering Lay-A-Way on items as a payment option, with easy and simple terms. We currently offer three options for Lay-A-Way where you can pay as quickly possible or take your time and pay overtime. The three options are detailed below:

 

-A down payment of 10%

-Pay any amount at any time within the 30-day term limit

-A down payment of 15% 

-Pay any amount at any time within the 60-day term limit

​

-A down payment of 20% 

-Pay any amount at any time within the 90-day term limit

​

-Down payment of 50%

-Payment due every 30 days of at least 25% of the remaining balance

 

All On-Sale/Discounted items purchased on Lay-A-Way are purchased at the original listed price, except for items purchased on 30 day terms. All items purchased on Lay-A-Way are non-returnable . All funds paid toward an outstanding balance, including the down payment, are non-refundable. Any account with an outstanding balance at the end of the payment terms will result in the termination of any and all sales associated with that account and the option for Lay-A-way on any future items. A maximum of two items may be placed on Lay-A-Way at any given time by a single person. Account balances are non-transferable. Any account with an outstanding balance at the conclusion of the terms with no communication will be considered abandoned and terminated without refund.
